How It Will Go

• Book a consultation with me 6 - 12 months before your wedding

• Get all your questions answered at the consultation with a 30- 45 minute phone call or Zoom meeting

• Receive a Consultation Review Guide so you don’t forget a thing

• Sign the contract and make your deposit online at your leisure through HoneyBook

• Receive a What To Expect Now Guide

• Get Engagement Photos done (if applicable)

• Receive a Follow-Up email 1 month and 1 week before your big day

• Email me anytime with questions or concerns leading up to the wedding

• Receive your gallery within 8 - 12 weeks through Pic-Time

• Check-ins periodically leading up to your special day for an opportunity to get questions answered or concerns relieved.

• Gentle reminders sent to complete invoices and contracts

• Prompt schedule adherence and flexibility when needed, on the day of

• Appropriate direction and gathering of family and friends so you can enjoy your special day to the fullest!

• Second Shooter available for every hourly option for additional angles and details included in your gallery, at no extra cost.

On your beautiful day, my hope for you and your partner is that you can soak up every beautiful moment spent with your loved ones. To help you do that, I use a mostly documentary and cinematic approach to capturing your day. That means I will opt to step back and look for little moments that mean a lot. However, when needed, I will step in confidently to make sure big moments are never missed. And of course, I welcome portraits with family and friends who want posed photos as well.
