MY APPROACH
Your first date spot, your favorite song to dance to, the little ways you tell each other “I love you”. I want to know what makes your love story yours. When you look back at your photos, you feel as if you are nestled safely in your partner’s arms. I kindly suggest booking an engagement session along with your wedding/elopement, so we can warm up to each other.
GETTING TO KNOW YOU
Does your day look like candid, documentative moments spent with family and friends being silly and loving? Or maybe your day looks like an old movie set with sultry, moody scenes. It could be all of the above. What feelings do you want to invoke, flipping through your wedding album? Everyone’s day is unique. I keep in mind what’s most important to you and your partner, focusing on the moments you cherish and never want to forget.

On your beautiful day, my hope for you and your partner is that you can soak up every beautiful moment spent with your loved ones. To help you do that, I use a mostly documentary and cinematic approach to capturing your day. That means I will opt to step back and look for little moments that mean a lot. However, when needed, I will step in confidently to make sure big moments are never missed. And of course, I welcome portraits with family and friends who want posed photos as well.
