Your first date spot, your favorite song to dance to, and the little ways you tell each other “I love you”. I want to know what makes your love story yours. When you look back at your photos, you feel as if you are nestled safely in your partner’s arms. I kindly suggest booking an engagement session along with your wedding/elopement, so we can warm up to each other.

Does your day look like candid, documentative moments spent with family and friends being silly and loving? Or maybe your day looks like an old movie set with sultry, moody scenes. Or it's an exciting adventure in the Oregon forest saying your vows amongst the wildflowers. It could be all of the above. What feelings do you want to invoke, flipping through your wedding album? Everyone’s day is unique. I keep in mind what’s most important to you and your partner, focusing on the moments you cherish and never want to forget.

For your beautiful Oregon wedding, my hope for you and your partner is that you can soak up every beautiful moment spent with your loved ones. To help you do that, I use a mostly documentary and cinematic approach to capturing your day. That means I will opt to step back and look for little moments that mean a lot. However, when needed, I will step in confidently to make sure big moments are never missed. And of course, I welcome portraits with family and friends who want posed photos as well.

Every step of the way, you’ll have my support with any questions or concerns. This may be your first time doing this, so all questions are welcome and expected. Even worries about other vendors, location, your dress or suit, expectations for bridesmaids or parents, I’m all ears!

I understand you might think your day should be planned around the photographs, and I want to capture every moment as best I can, but I also want you to enjoy every part of your wedding, so if that means we do couple portraits on a separate day, then I’m all for that!
If you’re struggling with fitting everything into one day or keeping up with pressures from others, I am more than happy to brainstorm ideas to ensure we can keep the focus on you and your peace.

On your big day, things don’t always go according to plan. That means emotions can run high, and you could feel overwhelmed. I will be there with my shoulder to lean on, tissues to wipe your tears, and words of affirmation to lift you up! As a queer woman, I see the world and love differently. Working with me, my goal is to make bliss the core feeling of your day. As well as highlighting your identity, culture, and customs, respecting the unique way you celebrate your love is very important to me. Your wedding is a beautiful union of people, values, laughter, friendships, and love coming together in one place, and my job of capturing that essence is one I take very seriously. I hope that when you look back on your dreamy photos, you’ll feel the emotions as clear as they were on that day, enveloping you in a warm nostalgia.

I just want you two to soak it all in.
